Returning Clients

• Returning clients may book directly through Calendy

Court Access & Non-Member Fees

• No court booking required — Spencer secures all court reservations

• Applies to both indoor and outdoor locations

• Non-member guest fees at indoor clubs (Diadem & Replay) are included in lesson pricing

24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

24+ Hours Notice → No Fee

Less Than 24 Hours → $20 Fee

No-Show → Full Lesson Forfeited

Weather

• Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions

• Final determination is made by Spencer

• Weather reschedules do not incur cancellation fees

• If indoor backup courts (Replay or Diadem) are available, sessions may be moved accordingly.

What to Bring & Arrival

• Paddle

• Court shoes and athletic attire

• Water and proper hydration

• Arrive 5–10 minutes early and ready to begin

• Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time

• Late arrivals do not extend session time

• Full lesson fee applies regardless of arrival time

Communication & Scheduling

• All scheduling changes must be made through the Calendy booking system

• Text message cancellations are not considered confirmed unless acknowledged

Media & Professional Conduct

• Lesson may be recorded for performance review purposes

• Footage will not be publicly shared without client consent

•Respectful conduct is expected at all times

•Spencer reserves the right to end a session due to inappropriate behavior

Health, Safety & Minors

• Participation in pickleball lessons involves physical activity and inherent risk

• Players must disclose injuries or medical conditions prior to training

• An emergency contact is required for all participants

• In the event of a medical emergency, emergency treatment may be authorized if necessary

For participants under 18:

• A parent or legal guardian must help complete the intake form

• A parent/guardian must be reachable during all sessions

•One individual is responsible for booking and submitting full payment

• Group size (2–4 players) is selected during scheduling

• It is the group’s responsibility to divide and collect payment among participants

• The full group session fee applies even if a participant cancels

• Packs must be paid in full at time of purchase

• Lessons are scheduled separately after purchase on Calendy

• Single Lessons and Lesson packs expire 90 days from purchase

• Unused sessions are non-refundable

• Conducted live via Zoom

• Match footage (if applicable) must be submitted in advance

• Players are responsible for having a stable internet connection and proper setup

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time

• Single Sessions and Online Coaching packs expire 90 days from purchase

• Online Coaching sessions follow the same booking, payment, cancellation, package expiration, and professional conduct policies as in-person lessons.

• Packages are non-refundable.
